Idea Parking Lot

Maybe I have a short attention spam. I have a number of Blogs devoted to specific topics, but I always seem to be interested in writing about topics that do not neatly fit into the themes of the other blogs. It reminds me of the Jerry Seinfeld joke that goes something to the effect - "Guys that use the remote control care don't care what's on, they care about what else is on.

So now, I have an idea parking lot. We will see where this goes...

M. Scott Laemmle – the M. stands for Michael. Why do I go by Scott instead of Michael? This is something my parents did to me. They liked Michael Scott better than Scott Michael, but they liked Scott better than Michael. Go figure.

I am a consultant and have worked on engagements with many fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Telecom, Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical industries. I enjoy my work, but I am constantly seeking ways to express my creativity in ways that I do not get to in my work. I have an eclectic array of interests, and I have begun to create blogs so that I can categorize and work on those interests. Feel free to check them out and provide any feedback.

I graduated with a business degree from Penn State, an MBA from George Mason University, VA, and did post-graduate work at George Washington University. I have held executive positions at a number of successful start-up ventures.
